Led the framework's first pilot: a GenAI launch-orchestration agent
that automates GDPR-compliance and documentation launch tasks
through a conversational workflow, delegating to specialized launch
workers (sub-agents and MCP servers) with persistent launch-state

Core engineer on the SaaS-source data plane for AWS Glue zero-ETL
integrations into Amazon Redshift — Spark ingestion jobs,
Step Functions orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring.

Delivered the SAP OData, ServiceNow, and Zendesk connectors end to
end, including change-data-capture with checkpoint alignment;
influenced cross-team connector API contracts to fix CDC and
primary-key semantics at the source.

Led the Amazon QuickSight zero-ETL workstream through launch: cut
integration execution time 29%, delivered UTF-8 entity-name support
on deadline for an international lighthouse customer, and owned the
security review, canaries, and game day.

Led delivery of full and incremental-load ingestion strategies for
SAP sources, parallelizing the work across three engineers;
co-authored the AWS Big Data Blog post
“SAP data ingestion and replication with AWS Glue zero-ETL”.

Scaled the integration scheduler from thousands to 10 million
scheduled integrations by migrating to EventBridge Scheduler and
improving consistent-hash partitioning; cut Salesforce data-pull
